What challenge were you trying to address with DevOps Prodigy?

How did you come to work with DevOpsProdigy?
I have requested feedback from my business partners and colleagues about the companies who might be able to solve our needs. We have discussed our needs and received propositions from three best companies and selected DevOps Prodigy as a company who can quickly start working with us and has a reasonable price.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The DevOpsProdigy prepared development and production environment for us and made sure we have a seamless deployment. Nowadays, they carry out regular maintanence and necessary update of our services. The DevOpsProdigy also help us to meet the security requirements.
What was the team composition?
They provide cloud devops / admins service, it means there are a lot (50+) of people in communication channels. we put a request and someone from their side solves the task. We have not used dedicated team for our project.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates progress or success?
Our IT team is happy with environment configured by DevOps Prodigy. And as soon as they don't inform me about problems there - I am happy as well :)
How effective was the workflow between your team and DevOpsProdigy?
We have a couple of team chats for communication. We can put a request right on the chat and someone from DevOps Prodigy team creates a task in task-tracking system on their side, where we can check the status. In case of epic tasks we created epic and micro tasks right in task-tracker avoiding chat requests. The process worked fine in both ways.
What did you find most impressive about DevOpsProdigy?
They produce high-quality work and it's easy to communicate with them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We communicate through Telegram and I will appreciate slack chats :)
