- 24/7 server monitoring;
- Maximum 15-minute response time to any issues or requests;
- Problems will be pursued until they are entirely eliminated. No additional payment needed;
- Implementation and control of backups and data protection;
- Server maintenance (main and backup servers);
- Main/backup server switching to ensure constant operation.
